What we do: The project employs specially trained advisers who understand the difficulties people face when they haven’t been able to work for a while. Advisers offer a wide range of support tailored to individual needs, which can include advice and guidance, confidence building, motivational and skills training, and financial help to ease the transition from benefits to employment.
